24/7 Remote Desktop Support

Always being available for our clients is paramount for Evercom. This availability enables us to provide peace of mind and enhanced customer services to all businesses working with us.

While your business may not be running 24/7, our engineers are always on hand to solve any emergency and can get started on a problem as soon as it occurs to avoid downtime and disruption.

Whether it is 1pm or 1am our remote desktop support service allows our engineers to solve your issues quickly by logging into your system. This is of course done with your permission, and you can choose to either monitor the work as it happens or let us get on with the job, allowing you to carry on with your work elsewhere or on another device.

Note: With Cloud Computing and a virtualised desktop service, you could simply log onto another machine or device anywhere and carry on working with no disruption. Virtualised Desktop includes IT Support as part of the contract.
